About

Established in 2011, Evercoat are a local family-run wall and roof coatings family based in the heart of Swansea, South Wales. It all started when father and son duo Graham and Jon, both with a wealth of experience as plasterer wall coaters, realised the problems homeowners faced with their exterior finish of their walls and roof.

With traditional plastering, Graham & John had found the Evercoat process to be much more efficient, cost and effective and much longer lasting.

Graham and Jon knew there had to be a better way, and soon came across Andura, a breakthrough replacement for traditional wall and roof paint that used a scientifically tested coating that had a methodical application process. Andura’s own standards are extremely high, as their BS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System accredited proves, and their Classic 21 wall coating holds the prestigious British Board of Agrément (BBA) Approval. Andura's Roofguard Coating has been independently tested by the Paint Research Association (PRA) with the results showing that Roofgard is exceptionally durable, with good colour stability for more than 10 years. It wasn't that simple though, as Andura only partner with companies who pass a rigid accreditation process to ensure its correct application and provide the end-customer ultimate peace-of-mind.

"We firmly believe exterior paint house paint has had its day, and we're seeing people realise that both your time and your home are valuable, so are choosing a solution that prioritises both.

Despite requiring a lot of hard work and study, Graham and Jon have no doubts that the effort was worth it, as they are now officially accredited Andura partners, offering the industry's leading wall and roof coating products and guarantees on all jobs. However they cannot rest on their laurels, because as Jon puts it; "we have to ensure every job carried out adheres to Andura's strict guidelines, which are routinely investigated. So all our staff are constantly paying attention to detail and there are absolutely no shortcuts whatsoever."

Since then, the Evercoat effect has rapidly spread across the Swansea area and beyond, with the Evercoat sign becoming a well-known site in the area. "We're always keen to take people to see other jobs we have done, and there's usually a house nearby for people to see our work in the flesh. We're a local down-to-earth team and are always keen to keep things that way."

So what's next for Evercoat?

"We firmly believe exterior paint house paint has had its day, and we're seeing people realise that both your time and your home are valuable, so are choosing a solution that prioritises both. Because our coatings last so long, we're enjoying watching the process of South Wales getting Evercoated; some days it feels like it won't be long before there's a house on every street.
